For 7 years she worked as a trainer and instructional coach in the Singapore-based company Educare International Consultancy, for the last two years as director of the international consulting department. Liliia has conducted professional development courses with a focus on developing 21st century skills and competencies in students for more than 47,000 teachers and school leaders around the world, including Singapore, Colombia, Malaysia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Kyrgystan.
